Why This Lab

Safe, Scalable CNC Training at a Fraction of the Cost

A single real CNC machine costs ₹15–40L+ and can train only one student at a time. Our simulation lab trains 20+ students simultaneously at under 20% of that cost — with zero material waste.

FAQ

CNC Simulation Lab Questions, Answered

No — simulation is the ideal foundation. Students who first train on simulators consistently outperform peers on real machines because they understand toolpaths, safety limits and G-code logic before touching a machine. We recommend combining the simulation lab with a live machine access arrangement.
FANUC 0i, 30i and 31i series, Siemens 828D/840D, Mitsubishi M800 and generic ISO G-code interfaces are all included. More controllers can be added as software updates.
A standard PC lab (Intel Core i5, 16GB RAM, dedicated GPU) works well. We provide a detailed hardware specification and can source certified workstations if needed.
Yes — the workstations run standard Windows OS and can be used for CAD, coding, data analytics or general computer science when CNC sessions are not running.
